Placing An Order

Ordering is easy, just click the 'add to cart' button of your chosen items and when you have finished shopping proceed to the checkout.

I like to keep my jewellery unique, so unless otherwise stated there is only one of each item. I aim to remove any sold items as soon as I can but sometimes this is not always possible, so if an item is out of stock I will inform you by email to invite you to choose an alternative or request return of your payment.

Payment Options

My preferred method of payment is through PayPal, but for UK customers only, I will also accept payment by personal cheque or postal order. Please following ordering instructions up to 'Pay Now'. I will confirm your order by email and send details of where to send your payment. Please note that you do not need to have an account with PayPal to make your purchase.

For customers outside the UK payment will only be accepted through PayPal and will be taken in GBP, automatically converting from your home currency. Please check PayPal for their latest exchange rates.

All PayPal account users are asked to make sure their information is up to date before starting their order as clicking the 'back' button mid order may prevent you from completing your order.

Shipping

All items will be securely packaged and sent free of charge using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery for the UK and Airmail for the rest of the world. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS DOES NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY.

While I endeavour to ship all orders as quickly as possible I do not take responsibility for the mail service, therefore it is advisable to allow plenty of time to receive your order.

Most items are shipped within 24 hours.

I reserve the right to refuse to ship to certain addresses.

Refunds

I try to give as much product information and as clear a picture as possible but I know how important it can be to get the colour and size just right, so in the event that it is not love at first sight, I offer a full refund on items returned in saleable condition within 7 days of purchase. In the interest of hygiene I cannot except earrings for refund.

All returns must be sent by a Recordable method. Sorry, but postage on returns will not refunded. I also request that you send an email to confirm your intention to return an item.

Guarantee

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase and enjoy your shopping experience but I know that sometimes things can just go wrong. If you have a problem please contact me immediately and I will do my best to sort it out.

Privacy

No personal information received by myself or PayPal will be used for any other purpose than to execute your order, and will absolutely not be passed on to any third party.

PLEASE NOTE THAT MY JEWELLERY CONTAINS SMALL COMPONENTS THAT MAY CHOKE OR CAUSE INJURY, IT IS ADVISABLE TO KEEP ALL ITEMS AWAY FROM CHILDREN.
